A foreign invested enterprise being converted into a domestic invested enterprise

5. The statement on succession of rights and liabilities (including foreign taxation);
6. The photocopy of the business license (While changing the business license, the original license for foreign investment should be handed in);
7. Furthermore, respective documents should be submitted according to registration requirements for domestic invested enterprises;
Migration registration
1. Letter of record migration issued by the destination registration authority;
2. The photocopy of the business license of the enterprise to be migrated;
3. The registration authority in charge of record migration should attach a record list in achieves;
