The China-EU Association was founded on November 11, 2001. The aim of the China-EU Association can be summarized as promoting the friendly relations between China and EU and its member states, expanding international exchanges and cooperation and safeguarding world peace. The China-EU website was established to further the aim of the association by creating an even ground for people from China and the EU to increase their understanding of both places.
