Under the great support of the China EU Association and Electrees, the China EU Association website was founded at the China EU Agriculture and Technology Center in February of 2004. The China-EU Association Website was created to better serve both China and the EU’s local government, all levels of administrative institutions, organizations, commercial enterprises, and supporters. The Chinese website was established on the web in October of 2004. The English website is currently still in progress.

The aim of the website is to use the internet as even ground for peoples from China and the EU to further their understanding of economics, culture, science, education, local government and NGOs of China and the EU. The website includes introductions to all EU member state policies and will become a window of communication between the EU and China. The website is both a place to quickly spread information about the cooperation and communication between China and the EU, as well as to further the Association's goals．
