Registration Confirmation will be sent upon completion of your registration fee. You may present the Registration Confirmation letter to the Korean Embassy for issuing visa as a proof of your invitation from UCLG to participate in the 2nd UCLG World Congress, Jeju 2007. |

If you are unable to attend the Congress after registration, you must notify the Congress Secretariat in writing of your request for a refund. Refund will be made upon receipt of this written notice, less handling fee and bank service charge. Refunds will be processed after the Congress
Cancellations received prior to September 30, 2007 will be refunded 50%, and no refund will be issued after October 1, 2007. |

Registration opens on Sunday, October 28 from 08:00-17:30 in the lobby, 3F, ICC Jeju. Attendees will be able to pay for their on-site registrations in US Dollar, by credit card or cash. |
